“A mind map is a diagram used to represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items linked to and arranged around a central key word or idea”. Mind mapping software allows users to brainstorm and visualize ideas quickly and easily. Using mind mapping software, project teams are more productive, accelerate project planning and facilitate collaboration. This presentation presents how successful project teams utilize mind mapping software to plan projects and create proposals. Attendees will learn the following:
Speaker Biography:
Located in San Diego, Ca, Mr. Franklin is a Project Management Professional with over 30 years of environmental and infrastructure project experience. As a Program Manager, he has managed over $500 million of Government contracts in California. He is currently managing Government environmental and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Franklin is the owner of PMmapping and helps project managers be more productive and efficient to achieve project success. James Franklin is an instructor at UCSD Extension is currently teaches Project Planning and Scheduling. He has been teaching at UCSD for nine years.
